It's main purpose is to help develop the activities of our civic association Max Work s.r.o. . The warcopy.com website is not for business purposes. This site is intended for anyone who is interested in military history and objects from the Second World War.
Taking Orders
I reserve the right to accept or NOT, orders from some countries. Also if for any reason (goods are unavailable or other reasons)I decide not to accept your order I will advise you accordingly and any money paid will be refunded.
No contract will exist between you and me until I have received full payment from you and have dispatched the ordered things.
Please note that my initial acknowledgment of your order does not constitute acceptance of that order. You may also receive a payment acknowledgment email from Paypal, this again does not constitute acceptance of that order.
A binding order consists of receiving an invoice for a paid order, which will be sent to the given contact(email).
The seller will deliver the correspondence to the buyer at the email address specified in the customer's account or order.
When registering on the website and ordering goods, the buyer is obliged to provide correct and truthful information. The Buyer is obliged to update the data entered in the user account upon any change. The data provided by the buyer in the user account and when ordering goods are considered correct by the seller.
How to Pay
You can pay by:
- Bank Transfer (IBAN & BIC)
- Transfer to PayPal account
Normally ALL payments must be received in EUROS. All fees asked from few ways of payment must be taken by the buyer.
When ordering and item it is supposed you already have the money for pay it, so you have 5 days for send the complete payment (items+ shipping+ other charges in case of). If 5 days passed without payment or news from buyer the order will be canceled.
Shipping
All items are normally shipped from Slovakia. You must to know your country laws for what you are buying so it must be understood that items are sent entirely at the customers own risk.
Have in mind that if a parcel gets lost in transit I will NOT take any responsability about that, once the parcel left my hands it is NOT my responsability anymore as I cannot be responsible for actions done by third persons in third countries and out of my hands. Have this in mind when paying with Paypal.
In today’s world it may be put aside or just be destroyed by customs in many countries. So, if destroyed or refused to be delivered, I will NOT take any responsibility for these packages. This order cannot be refunded. Again you must to know your country laws about what you are buying.
Xmas time or New Year in these periods you never know if the parcel will delay a week or a month.I understand that for Xmas you want to do a present to somebody or to yourself, so take advantage and don´t leave it until the last moment. Since the production time can also be extended.
Delivery time are from when parcel is sent, not from when you order an item.
- Slovakia 2 days,
- Europe from 1 to 3 weeks,
- Australia and New Zealand from 3 to 4 weeks,
If you have not received your parcel within the delivery time limits shown above, please contact me for see where is your parcel. I will email buyer with tracking number the same day I send this parcel.
Orders are shipped Monday (weekend orders) and Thursday (weekly orders). Check of payments and deadline for orders is 11:00 (CET Slovakia) on the day of sending orders.
Order Cancellation (Returns)
Any item may be returned for any reason within 14 days of the receipt of that item. A refund or exchange will be given as long as the item is returned in the same condition as sent. Please contact us for instructions prior to returning an item. If an item is not notified to me within these 14 days, it will be considered as sold.
When returning an item, use the monitored type of transport with a delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for returned items that never reach us. We regret that the cost of postage and / or other transaction fees when returning an order is non-refundable.
All refunds or exchanges will be made within 30 days of receipt of an item. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment was received
I offer items for collector's display purposes only & such items are not intended for actual wear or use. I do not guarantee the fitting of any clothing, footwear or headgear on a person or on a mannequin nor their suitability for being worn
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all ordered goods can be imported into your country. If an item has been returned because it cannot be imported into your country, I will refund the amount less any shipping and shipping costs I have incurred.
If the order (shipment) is officially destroyed, the amount for the order will not be refunded.
Delivery of wrong goods
If you have received the wrong item (other than you ordered), contact us with a photo of the wrong item and you will be sent the right item (the wrong item is like a gift). The seller pays the shipping cost for the correct item.

In warcopy store are products that contain a swastika and other World War II symbols. These products are intended for collectors, reenactment groups and film production.
The products and this website do not serve to promote extremist movements and ideologies that lead to the suppression of the human rights and freedoms of an individual or a group of people. WARCOPY strictly dissociates itself from extremist movements and ideas of any direction!
