Tea (Deutscher & Tonga)

Reproduction of loose tea packs Tonga tea and Deutscher Tee, commonly used by soldiers during World War II. Tonga tea was produced during World War II in occupied Poland from June 1940 and was supplied to the German army.


Use / purpose

After filling, the tea package can be used in all-day rations or to the exhibition of personal items of a German soldier during the Second World War. It can also be used in the field kitchen or in the camp.

While the print is excellent, the paper bag itself is vulnerable - I'm sure that originally these weren't supposed to be reused/refilled, but for reenactment purposes...
